HVAC Tech 1 - Under limited supervision perform duties related to the repair, maintenance, operation, adjustment, and/or installation of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and related electric or pneumatic control systems.

Facility Manager - Manage contract services, security, building repair and maintenance, utility services, fire, life safety and emergency response activities, and other facility related support services. 5 - 10 years facility management or maintenance; experience with personal computer, budgeting, estimating and automated maintenance systems; Associates degree in related field desirable.
